Terms and Conditions

 1. Final EMI is calculated on the total value of your order at the time of payment.

2. The Bank charges annual interest rates according to the reduced monthly balance.  In the monthly reduction cycle, the principal is reduced with every EMI, and the interest is calculated on the outstanding balance.

3. The minimum order value to avail of the EMI payment option is Rs. 2,500

4. This option is available only when the cart contains items from a single seller

5. In case of any refund in an EMI transaction, interest already billed in a particular transaction is not refundable under any circumstances.

6. While you will not be charged a processing fee for availing of the Indiaexims EMI option, the interest charged by the bank shall not be refunded by Indiaexims.

7. You may check with the respective bank/issuer on how a cancellation, refund, or pre-closure could affect the EMI terms and what interest charges would be levied on you for the same.

8. Processing fee if any will be charged by your card issuing Bank. Please check the Terms & Conditions of availing EMI with your Bank

9. For select banks, the interest amount on the first EMI will be calculated from the loan booking date till the payment due date.

10. The bank may also levy GST as applicable.

Indiaexims Pay Later is a payment option available on Indiaexims, Myntra, and Shopsy. Avail the Pay Later option during your purchase and pay the following month before the 5th in full.

You can also pay in EMIs. This payment option is available on select Indiaexims products.

With Indiaexims Pay Later, you get:

Yes, you can use your Indiaexims Pay Later with all payment options other than COD such as UPI, credit card, debit card, netbanking and wallets.

Customers who successfully complete the application process for Indiaexims Pay Later and complete their first transaction using Indiaexims Pay Later during the offer period will be eligible to receive exciting rewards.

If the price of the product is ₹15000, and you have a Indiaexims Pay Later credit of ₹10000 only, you can use your Indiaexims credit and pay the balance amount ₹5000 via another payment option.

Your available limit can change depending upon the following actions:

Currently, we don’t support requests for changes in credit limits. However, we may choose to increase/decrease your limit based on your purchase & repayment behavior from time to time and you will be intimated for acknowledgment or consent.

This data is used only to assess your eligibility for Indiaexims Pay Later. Your personal data is not accessed and the collected data is not shared with third parties.

Indiaexims Pay Later is a financial credit product offered to you in collaboration with our financial partners. Like with any other financial product, you are required to complete your KYC in order to avail it. You can complete the minimum KYC requirements via an Aadhaar-based OTP verification.

As per RBI Master KYC Directions, an Aadhaar OTP-based e-KYC is considered to be a minimum KYC. It is valid only for 12 months from the date of activating your Pay Later account. Also, your overall shopping usage will be restricted to  beyond which you will not be able to use Pay Later services without upgrading to full KYC.

Please visit the Indiaexims Pay Later section under ‘My Accounts‘ on your Indiaexims app. Click on the ‘KYC status’ section to know your KYC expiry date.

If you are a minimum KYC user, you can always upgrade to full KYC by visiting the ‘KYC Status’ section as mentioned above. We will also send you reminders as your KYC expiry draws closer.

To complete your full KYC, we will search your KYC details on the Central KYC Registry. In case your central KYC record does not exist, you would need to undergo an Aadhaar- Paperless Offline e-KYC. Once successful, you will be required to provide your bank account details (Account no. & IFSC code). We will then proceed to deposit Rs 1/- into your account to verify your account name against your PAN/Aadhaar.

In order to upgrade your KYC smoothly, please ensure that the account number shared by you is active and is registered in your name.

The Central KYC (C-KYC) Registry is an initiative by the government of India to centralize the KYC documents of the customers for availing various financial services. The purpose of C-KYC is to remove the need for submitting fresh documents for KYC verification every time a new financial relationship needs to be started.

Aadhaar Paperless Offline e-KYC is another mode for upgrading to full KYC. Only users who do not have a C-KYC record will need to go through this. As part of the process, you will be redirected to the UIDAI website to generate your Aadhaar Paperless Offline e-KYC which will be shared with our lending partner in a secured manner.

Bill Payment & Penalty

Yes, with effect from March 1st 2023, a revised Usage Fees based on your assigned Indiaexims Pay Later limit and your usage in that month will be applicable on your Indiaexims Pay Later Account.

Please note: No usage Fee will be charged on a usage of Rs. 100 or below, in a given month.

Usage Fees is applied in next month’s bill. For example, for the transactions that you have done using your Indiaexims Pay Later Limit in the month of April, 2023, the Usage Fees corresponding to that month will reflect in the bill generated on May 01, 2023.

This will include only Pay Later limit usage. EMI and Indiaexims Smart Upgrade will not be added towards calculation of Usage Fees.

You will get a single, unified bill that will contain your Pay Later as well as your EMI dues. The total amount due will be calculated on the 1st of the subsequent month and will be payable by the 5th of the same month.

You will receive Email / SMS / app notifications about the amount due and a payment link on the 1st of the calendar month.

You can see this information in the My Account section. The due date is the 5th of the month, effective 1st October 2020.

Your past EMIs will continue to get added in the subsequent bills as per their schedule. To continue using Pay Later services, please repay all your remaining EMI dues.

Legal action may also be initiated by our Financing Partner against delinquent customers. The Financing Partner will also report the non-payment of the loan to the relevant credit information bureau(s). This will adversely affect your ability to borrow in the future. Therefore, we encourage you to clear your dues on time

Foreclosures and / Line Closures

Foreclosure is a capability which enables you to close the loan early by paying the complete Foreclosure amount. Once the complete payment of Foreclosure amount is done, the loan is closed

Yes, you can foreclose your EMI loans by reaching out to the customer support team of the lender and paying the foreclosure amount as suggested by the lender customer support team. The customers can also reach out to the Indiaexims customer support team, that will in turn guide them to reach out to Lender support team.

If you are Foreclosing your EMI loan within the cool-off period then there will not be any charges. If you are foreclosing your EMI loan outside of the cool-off period then a charge of 3.39% of your unbilled principal outstanding amount will be applicable. This is exclusive of GST. There are no charges for Buy Now Pay Later foreclosure. These charges are subject to change as per changes in lender pricing policy and T&Cs changes.

A cooling off period is a time window in which a customer will not be charged any Foreclosure Fee for Foreclosing. It is currently 3 days from the day of transaction, but this is subject to policy & T&Cs.

You can foreclose your EMI loans by reaching out to the customer support team of the lender and paying the foreclosure amount as suggested by the lender customer support team. The customers can also reach out to the Indiaexims customer support team, that will in turn guide them to reach out to Lender support team.

You can reach out to the customer support of the lender for the refund of the amount in such scenarios.

It may take up to 3-5 business days to process the request. However, in some cases it may take longer.

The lender calculates your Foreclosure amount based on your principal outstanding, proportionate interest rate, and any fees/charges etc. as applicable. This will be inclusive of GST.

You can do so by reaching out to the customer support team of Indiaexims. For closing your BNPL account, you will need to make sure that there are no outstanding dues either BNPL or EMI or FSUP for your Indiaexims Pay Later account.

Return and Refunds

The amount will be automatically credited back to your credit limit on the same working day. Please contact us if it is not credited even after 24 hours.

Your Pay Later/EMI limit will be restored in case of a cancellation or return. Your pending EMI dues will be adjusted with the refunded amount and the same will get reflected in your bill.

However, please note that there will be no refund to your bank account given the payment was deducted using your Pay Later/EMI limit only.

Once your refund has been processed successfully, your due amount will be automatically updated if you haven’t paid the bill already. After that, you will need to pay the adjusted due amount only.

If the bill has already been paid, any refund amount will be credited back to the payment mode used for bill payment, subjected to the product’s return & cancelation policy and the normal refund timelines.

In case you have already paid an EMI installment, the excess amount collected will be refunded back to your bank account.

Please pay the total bill amount before the due date. When your return request is approved by the respective seller, a refund will be initiated to the payment mode used to pay the bill. Penalty charges, if any, will not be refunded or adjusted. Hence, we request you to clear your dues on time.

Indiaexims Smart Upgrade

With Indiaexims Smart Upgrade Plan, you can now buy a product by paying just a fraction of the cost upfront (Say 70%).
After the plan duration, you have two options:

  1. 1. Upgrade to a new product from the same category and give back this original product.
    2. Pay the advance amount availed at the time of purchase and keep using this original product.

The Indiaexims Smart Upgrade Plan is offered as a credit construct on your Indiaexims Pay Later account. You can initiate the KYC journey from the product page where Indiaexims Smart Upgrade is eligible. You can also directly apply for Indiaexims Pay Later to get Indiaexims Smart Upgrade.

Selected Indiaexims Pay Later users are eligible for Indiaexims Smart Upgrade. The eligibility for Indiaexims Smart Upgrade is determined based on the conditions of our financial partner.
You can see if you are eligible for Indiaexims Smart Upgrade by applying for Indiaexims Pay Later. If you are already a Indiaexims Pay Later user and are eligible for Indiaexims Smart Upgrade, you can see the credit limit approved for Indiaexims Smart Upgrade on your Indiaexims Pay Later Passbook under My Accounts on app.

When you are viewing a product on Indiaexims, you will be able to see the option to purchase the product with Smart Upgrade on the Product Page. You can follow the steps there to select the plan, confirm and make your purchase.

There is a nominal fee associated with the Plan. This fee is visible on the plan details for the product, and varies for the products. You will not need to pay any interest/usage charges on Indiaexims Smart Upgrade Plan.

Indiaexims Smart Upgrade offers three plan durations – 12 months, 18 months & 24 months. However, this varies from product to product. Available plan durations will be displayed on the product page.

Indiaexims Smart Upgrade Plans are available on a large selection of products across Mobiles, Laptops, TVs, Refrigerators, Washing Machines & Tablets. You can see if a Smart Upgrade plan is available on the Product Page of the products you are considering to purchase.

The list of customers eligible for Smart Upgrade is refreshed from time to time. Hence you might not be able to see the same anymore as you are no longer eligible for the same.

You can visit the Indiaexims Smart Upgrade Plan on the Plan details page that is visible on any product eligible for Indiaexims Smart Upgrade.

You can check the repayment due date of your Smart Upgrade plan on the Plan Details Section from My Orders.

At the end of plan duration, you will be able to redeem the Indiaexims Smart Upgrade Plan value by purchasing another device on Indiaexims sold by select sellers. If you wish to exchange your device, at the time of purchase of your next device, you simply opt for ‘Claim Indiaexims Smart Upgrade/Claim Buyback’ on the product page. Post your order placement, the wishmaster will take back your old device and handover your new device. Your old device should fulfil the checks performed during pickup.

At the end of plan duration, you will be able to make a payment by visiting the My Account or My Orders section on Indiaexims platform

Bill Payment & Recharges via BBPS

You can check the Transaction History section on the Bill Payment Home page for the final status of your payment. You can navigate to the Bill Payment Homepage by clicking on Credit > Bill Payments from the Indiaexims Home Page.

Bill Payment transactions are usually instant and you’ll get a confirmation from your service provider over SMS after payment is completed. However, in rare cases it may take upto 48 hours for confirmation of payment from the service provider. After the payment is completed you may see the bill payment status as pending on the Indiaexims app which means we’re waiting for confirmation from the service provider.

In case the payment status is still pending after 48 hours, you can raise a ticket by tapping on the relevant payment from Transaction History on the Bill Payment Home page and clicking on “Contact Support” option.

Your service provider may take upto 72 hours to update the status of your bill post successful bill payment. Please wait for the final status to reflect against your bill.

In case the payment status is still pending after 72 hours, you can raise a ticket by tapping on the relevant payment from Transaction History on the Bill Payment Home page and clicking on “Contact Support” option.

In case your payment status is “Failed”, your bill payment has not been accepted by the service provider. In case the amount is debited from Your Pay Later balance will be restored to the previous limit. You can retry the payment from the Indiaexims app.

You can use Indiaexims Pay Later as payment modes for your bill payment. Other modes of payment are not allowed currently.

Your bill payment transactions will be included in your Indiaexims Pay Later bill which will be generated on the 1st of the next month with a due date of 5th.

There are no extra charges to be paid apart from the bill amount (which may include any extra charges that the service provider has included such as Late Payment charge). However, the usual usage fee for Pay Later will apply.

Yes, you can pay for any bill by providing the correct input details.

This is because the merchant has not listed themselves on Bharat Bill Pay Services.

If you’ve mistakenly paid twice for any bill, usually the service provider would adjust the extra amount in the next billing cycle. However, please confirm the same with your service provider.

No you can’t cancel your bill payment once the payment is made.

Usage Fees

Usage Fees is the amount that is charged on a monthly basis, based on your Indiaexims Pay Later limit and usage for the month. With effect from March 1st 2023, a revised Usage Fees based on your assigned Indiaexims Pay Later limit and your usage in that month will be applicable on your Indiaexims Pay Later Account.

Please note: No usage Fee will be charged on a usage of Rs. 100 or below, in a given month.Usage Fees is applied in next month’s bill. For example, for the transactions that you have done using your Indiaexims Pay Later Limit in the month of April, 2023, the Usage Fees corresponding to that month will reflect in the bill generated on May 01, 2023.

Please Note : Usage Fee will be charged on a monthly basis and not per transaction. Also, Usage fee will be rounded off to the nearest integer.

This will include only Pay Later limit usage, EMI and Indiaexims Smart Upgrade will not be added towards calculation of usage fee. No fee will be charged if you do not utilize the limit in any given month.

The Usage Fees will be calculated on a monthly basis and not per transaction, based on your assigned Indiaexims Pay Later limit and usage in that month. A customer can do unlimited transactions in the month.

Yes, if you have paid back your dues inclusive of the Usage Fees, and after the cancellation / returns the net effective dues for the month become zero then the Usage Fees will be refunded back to the source of the payback.
