Order Cancel Policy 

To cancel an order, the buyer must cancel it within 4 hours of placing the order. If this is not done, the order will not be canceled. The buyer will be solely responsible for any charges incurred. If payment is made through a bank payment gateway, any associated charges will also be borne by the buyer.  The refund process will be handled by the bank and payment aggregators according to their policies, and www.indiaexims.com will not be responsible for this.
